Spook Tech uses a secure shopping cart system which allows you to easily order on-line with major credit cards. All on-line orders use maximum encryption for your security and privacy. Visit the About Spook Tech page for details. If your browser does not support encryption, you may order by phone, e-mail, or postal mail. If you wish to upgrade your browser, we suggest Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 (or greater) or Netscape Navigator 4.04 (or greater).
To order on-line with a credit card:
- Find the product you wish to purchase.
- Press the button to the left of the product name.
- If you wish to add additional products to your cart, use your browser's BACK button and repeat the previous steps.
- When you are ready to check out, select the "Credit Card Order" option and press the button. You will be taken to the customer information page to fill out shipping and billing information.
To fill an order on-line for printout:
- Find the product you wish to purchase.
- Press the button to the left of the product name.
- If you wish to add additional products to your cart, use your browser's BACK button and repeat the previous steps.
- When you are ready to check out, select the "Cash or Check Order" option and press the button. You will be taken to the customer information page to fill out shipping information. Once you have filled out the customer information form, an invoice page is displayed for you to print and send via postal mail or fax with your payment.

E-mail orders@spooktech.com with your contact information (name, phone number, and shipping and billing address) and products you wish to purchase. FOR YOUR SECURITY AND PRIVACY, DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!!
We will call you as soon as possible to obtain your credit card information and answer any questions you may have about our products or policies.
Confirm the availability of the desired products via e-mail at info@spooktech.com. Upon confirmation, send payment to Spook Tech via postal mail.
On your credit card billing statement, your order will appear as "General Merchandise - SPOOK TECH." It will not state what item you purchased. Many of our customers want their orders shipped to an address different from where they live. We can do this; however, we also need your credit card billing address with the order. On all credit card orders, a record is kept of the phone number you called from. This is for your security.
Due to a high occurence of credit card fraud, credit card orders over $500 may require alternate payment method. A Spook Tech representative will contact you if you order exceeds $500. This policy is for your protection as well as Spook Tech's.
